Promoter

This giveaway is run by TGL Devonport Limited ("the promoter") in connection with the PARKSIDE on Devonport residential development at 353 Devonport Road, Tauranga South.

Entry period

Entries open at 9.00am on 30 June 2026 and close at 11.59pm on 15 August 2026. Entries received outside this period are not eligible.

Eligibility

To enter, you must:

Be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
Be a New Zealand resident

Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, and any agency or contractor directly connected with this giveaway, are not eligible to enter.

How to enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, register your interest in PARKSIDE on Devonport through the official registration form and provide the requested contact details. Each person may enter once. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, illegible, or not received.

The prize

The prize is one (1) Moustache Mardi 27 electric bicycle, with a recommended retail value of $7,999 NZD (incl. GST).

The prize is for the bicycle only. It does not include accessories, insurance, registration, servicing, or any other cost, unless stated in writing by the promoter. If the specified model is unavailable for any reason, the promoter may substitute a bicycle of equal or greater value.

The draw and attendance requirement

The winner is selected by random draw. All eligible entries have an equal chance of being drawn. The draw is conducted by the promoter, or its appointed representative, at the PARKSIDE on Devonport Gallery Launch.

You must be present in person at the Gallery Launch, at the time of the draw, to win. If a drawn entrant is not present, that entry is set aside and a further entrant is drawn. This process repeats until a present entrant is drawn and claims the prize. Attending the Gallery Launch is therefore a condition of winning.

Claiming the prize

The winner is announced in person at the Gallery Launch. To claim, the winner must confirm their identity and eligibility to the promoter at the event. The prize, or arrangements for collecting it, is provided at or following the event as directed by the promoter.

Prize conditions

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. The prize is supplied subject to the terms of the supplying retailer. Any manufacturer or retailer guarantees that apply to the bicycle under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are passed to the winner.

By entering, you consent to TGL Devonport Limited collecting your name and contact details to administer this giveaway and to contact you about PARKSIDE on Devonport. Your information is collected, held, and used in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. You may ask to access or correct your information, or unsubscribe from marketing communications, at any time by contacting the promoter. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option.

The promoter's rights

The promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel this giveaway if required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where this happens, the promoter acts fairly and in line with the Fair Trading Act 1986, and no liability attaches to the promoter.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from entry to this giveaway, the draw, or the use of the prize, except where that liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
