This policy explains how TGL Devonport Limited, trading as Taylored Group ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores and protects the personal information you give us when you register your interest in PARKSIDE on Devonport. We handle your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.

Your information is collected by TGL Devonport Limited (Taylored Group), the developer of PARKSIDE on Devonport at 353 Devonport Road, Tauranga South. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, you can contact us using the details in section 11.

When you register your interest, we collect the information you choose to provide through our form, which may include:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address
  • Your mobile or phone number
  • Whether you are interested as an owner-occupier, investor or first home buyer
  • How you heard about PARKSIDE

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your device type and how you interact with the page (see section 7). We do not collect more information than we need for the purposes below.

Why we collect it and how we use it

We collect your information so that we can:

  • Respond to your enquiry and add you to the PARKSIDE interest list
  • Send you updates about PARKSIDE on Devonport — including plans, pricing, gallery and launch information
  • Administer the eBike giveaway, where you have entered
  • Understand and improve the performance of our marketing

We only use your information for the purposes for which it was collected, for directly related purposes, or as otherwise permitted by law.

By registering, you consent to receiving marketing communications from us about PARKSIDE on Devonport and related Taylored Group developments. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We manage our marketing in line with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a record of your request so that we can honour it.

Your information is held securely and access is limited to those who need it to carry out the purposes above. We use trusted third-party providers to store and process information on our behalf — including Klaviyo, our email marketing platform. These providers may store information on servers located outside New Zealand. Where information is held or processed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected by comparable safeguards to those required under the Privacy Act 2020.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as our email platform and our marketing agency, acting on our instructions
  • Our professional advisers, where reasonably required
  • Government or law enforcement agencies, where we are required or permitted to do so by law

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the page and to measure the performance of our advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure and improve our campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
