Welcome Package terms

The Welcome Package is included with homes at PARKSIDE on Devonport purchased directly from TGL Devonport Limited, and is itemised in the schedule to your sale and purchase agreement. Package value is the combined genuine retail value, including GST, of the included items at the time of publication; every package exceeds $13,000. Items commence at settlement and must be activated within three months of settlement. If an item, brand, or supplier becomes unavailable, an alternative of equivalent or greater retail value will be substituted. No item is redeemable for cash or transferable except with the home. Services are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms. Entitlement is conditional on settlement occurring. Full terms and conditions are available on request. The Welcome Package is separate from any promotional draw run in connection with PARKSIDE, which is governed by its own terms.
